Financial Operations Specialist

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Operations Specialist to support our premier client's Worldwide Retail Growth & Development (WWRGD) Store Development team.The Financial Operations Specialist to support purchase order management, procurement systems, and data integrity across large-scale store development and facilities projects. This role focuses heavily on managing purchase orders and financial data across Coupa, Workday, and Procore while supporting vendor coordination, reporting, and operational process improvements. The role starts as an 8-month contractor, working onsite in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and validate purchase orders, contracts, vendor records, and project data across enterprise systemsEnsure data accuracy, budget compliance, and procurement process integrityPerform audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate coding, invoicing, and financial recordsSupport vendor onboarding, procurement issue resolution, and stakeholder communicationLeverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase efficiencyGenerate reporting and operational insights to support leadership decision-makingDrive system and workflow improvements to support scalable business growthBasic Qualifications:1-2+ years of experience in procurement support, financial operations, facilities coordination, or data managementProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder support skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Coupa, Workday, Procore, or similar systemsBackground in facilities, construction, procurement, or store developmentKnowledge of budget coding, vendor management, and financial systemsExperience with automation, AI tools, or reporting platforms
