Procurement Contracts Specialist

Duration: 9+ Months Contract role with possible extensionWhat are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?Viewing contracts, entering contract data into Oracle Fusion, gathering contracts with requestors, working with buyers. They will manage the procurement contractual suppliers to ensure data is accurate such as confirming that payment terms are accurate. They should be able to read a contract and understand key data points of a contract such as entities and payment terms, source to pay process.High level attention to detail and, Excel skills and general analytical skills for evaluating data.Excel - pivot tables, vlookup.This environment requires agility, being flexible with processes and procedures is key to success in this environment, should be capable of prioritizing as changes occur.Basic QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract managementBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experienceOracle systems (Oracle Fusion experience preferred)Demonstrated success in developing and implementing contract management strategies across a complex organizationPreferred QualificationsExperience in the media, entertainment, or broadcasting industryExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, analytical, and customer service skillsProficiency in Oracle Fusion, AribaAbout US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
