As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. This role requires a motivated and goal-oriented individual who can build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new sales opportunities, and close deals. This role will be a combination of commission-based sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the sign industry.This position may require occasional after-hours work. A valid driver's license is required.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory, including identifying target accounts and establishing relationships with decision makers.Respond to all in-bound sales inquiries in a timely manner.Build relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.Negotiate contracts and approve pricing with clients.Provide on-site production demonstrations and training.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new products or services.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or servicesProvide regular updates on account activity and performance.QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sign industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a quota-driven environmentAbility to travel weekly within the assigned territory (up to 75%).
