Job Title: Production SpecialistLocation: Kansas City, KS (on-site)Employment Type: Full-TimeReports To: Production LeadRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, KS, for a Production Specialist. The Production Specialist is responsible for completing assembly tasks for Foxx regulators and beverage tubing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining production quality and contributing to process improvements to ensure efficiency and satisfaction of customer requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesProduction AssemblyExecute daily production builds according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).Support stock build-up and urgent order requests.Maintain accuracy and timeliness in completing assigned production runs.Quality AssurancePerform in-process and final inspections on all production builds.Correct defects immediately and uphold company quality standards.Maintain an organized, safe, and compliant work environment.Workflow ContributionAssist in meeting daily and weekly production goals.Adapt to shifting workloads and contribute to urgent or priority builds.Follow production priorities as directed by the Production Lead.Support & Cross-Functional CollaborationProvide cross-support for outbound operations during high-volume cycles.Partner with QC/Inventory Control to maintain bin accuracy and labeling standards.Collaborate with outbound logistics to ensure builds meet shipping deadlines.Work with inbound logistics to confirm availability and quality of components.Success MetricsAssembly accuracy BOM complianceQuality pass rateOutput efficiencySchedule adherenceQualificationsExperience: 3-5+ years in manufacturing, assembly or related production.Technical Skills: hand and power tools, BOM and assembly instructions, compliance with QC standards and protocol.Basic Computer Skills: able to navigate websites, utilize inventory management systems.Cross Training: ability to learn and excel across multiple warehouse departments & functions.Physical Requirements: lift up to 50lbs, stand for 8 hours, bend, stoop and use hands.Ideal Attributes: dependable and consistent, with strong attention to detail, a team- and customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to personal growth and continuous development.Compensation & Benefits$21 - $24 per hour, based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday401(k)About Foxx EquipmentFor over 65 years, Foxx has been a trusted partner in beverage dispensing, providing high-quality equipment and parts to businesses across the beverage industry.
