As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Jr. Personal Lines Account Executive to support our team and deliver a high-level client experience.About the RoleThis is an entry point into a long-term career in personal lines insurance, not just a support role.The Jr. Account Executive works closely with our Account Executives to manage day-to-day service work while also building the skills needed to eventually manage their own book of business.We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership"”someone who wants to grow into a Personal Account Executive role over time.What You'll DoClient Service & SupportAssist Account Executives with servicing a book of personal lines clients Communicate with clients regarding policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries Deliver a responsive, high-touch client experience Policy Processing & Account ManagementProcess daily download reports and review policy changes Handle endorsements and maintain accurate policy updates Update and manage client billing accounts Carrier & Internal CoordinationCommunicate directly with underwriting and carrier service centers Support internal workflows to ensure timely and accurate service Growth & DevelopmentBegin managing a small book of business Build foundational knowledge of coverages, carriers, and client needs Develop into a future Personal Lines Account Executive What Success Looks LikeWork is completed accurately and on time Clients receive quick, clear, and professional communication You stay organized and on top of tasks without needing constant direction You take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and client experience What We're Looking ForExperience & SkillsActive Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License At least 1 year of Personal Lines insurance experience AMS360 experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Personal TraitsProactive and takes ownership of responsibilities Positive, team-oriented mindset Strong work ethic and desire to grow Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment BenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities 401K with employer contribution Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance + short-term & long-term disability Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off + 10 paid holidays Paid training and continuing education Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding agency Schedule & Work EnvironmentMonday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM In-office role Why BoxwoodWe're not transactional, and we're not a call center.
