Senior Network Engineer (must be local to Texas)

Job Title: Network Engineer (Level 2 & Level 3)Location: [Insert Location / Remote / Hybrid]Duration: 7-8 Month Contract (Potential for Extension)Start Date: ASAP (pending completion of onboarding)OverviewWe are seeking multiple skilled Network Engineers (Level 2 and Level 3) to support key initiatives through the remainder of the fiscal year. This is a contract opportunity with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructureTroubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (L2/L3 support)Configure and maintain Cisco network security and access solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and performanceMonitor network systems and proactively address performance or security concernsProvide documentation and support for network configurations and changesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with:Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD)Cisco Meraki solutions (wireless, switching, and security)Experience supporting enterprise-level network environmentsSolid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs)Ability to troubleshoot across multiple layers of the network stackPreferred QualificationsCisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)Experience in large-scale or multi-site environmentsStrong communication and documentation skills
