POSITION SUMMARYYou will be the first point of contact for potential clients who express interest in our investment funds and our educational programs. Your goal is to qualify leads, build trust, and schedule calls for senior members of our Client Success Team. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to inspire confidence in our prospects. There is no cap on commission earnings in this role. Your success directly determines your income. That said, for the right person who consistently delivers and takes ownership, we're open to a remote or hybrid setupOBJECTIVESSuccessful team members in this position will:Make 75 - 100 outbound phone calls daily to potential clients and investors.Follow up with warm leads who have engaged us through our many marketing channels including webinars, networking, advertisements, social media, or downloaded free resources.Qualify leads by understanding their investment goals and determining fit for our investment funds and/or our training programs.Schedule appointments for our Client Success Team to conduct strategy calls or consultations.Nurture relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and appointments set.Handle objections professionally and persuasively.Participate in all company required training and personal development programs.COMPETENCIESThe successful candidate must have the following competencies:Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone and Zoom meetings.Proficient technical and computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software and technology.Have a desire to learn and grow in the position and value professional development.Goal-oriented with a desire to contribute to a growing team.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.Four-year college degree is preferred but not required.1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and work on a computer.Must be able to attend and help set up/tear down at in-person events for which you are a part of.COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITYThe success of our firm is only possible if we constantly innovate and continue to provide the absolute best-in-class products and services to our clients and investors.
