About the RoleWe're looking for a Director of Digital & Ecommerce to own and scale our online revenue engine. This role is responsible for driving growth across our ecommerce channels, optimizing the customer journey, and leading digital strategy across paid, owned, and onsite experiences.This is a hands-on leadership role. Ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and has experience operating comfortably in a fast-moving, start-up environment.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Strategy & GrowthOwn ecommerce revenue, conversion rate, and AOV targetsDevelop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy across DTC channelsIdentify opportunities to scale revenue through site optimization, merchandising, and lifecycle marketingWebsite & Conversion OptimizationManage and optimize the ecommerce experience (Shopify)Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and checkout improvementsPartner with creative/design to improve UX/UI and storytellingPerformance MarketingOversee paid media strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on efficient customer acquisitionManage paid agency performance and relationshipMonitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTVAnalytics & ReportingEstablish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks across all digital channelsAnalyze performance and provide actionable insights to leadershipOwn forecasting and budget allocation across channelsTeam LeadershipManage and mentor internal team members and external partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, and operations teamsBuild processes that support scalable growthQualifications7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth rolesProven track record of scaling DTC e-commerce brandsDeep experience with Shopify and e-commerce tech stacksStrong understanding of paid media and CROData-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc.)Experience managing agencies and/or internal teamsAbility to manage and optimize a 7-figure annual marketing budget across channelsNice to HaveExperience in outdoor, lifestyle, or consumer goods brandsExperience launching new products or categoriesExperience with web developmentWhy Join UsHigh-growth brand with strong momentumOpportunity to own and shape the e-commerce functionFast-paced, collaborative environment with real impactAccess to 401k and full benefits package
