The position involves performing both automated and manual testing using a wide range of standard and specialized test equipment, analyzing results, and making necessary adjustments or component-level repairs down to the board level. The individual will diagnose equipment malfunctions, resolve customer hardware failures, maintain detailed test and system documentation, and collaborate with engineers, manufacturers, and field representatives as needed. In addition, this role provides technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams, supports continuous improvement initiatives, promotes safe work practices, and assists with training and mentoring less experienced technicians within the value stream.
