We're in the business of creating transformational technology and business solutions using our decades of expertise creating unique travel programs and products combined with next generation technology.We are seeking a hands-on HR leader who operates as a true generalist with deep expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Employment Law. This role is not advisory-only, the ideal candidate will be actively involved in execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all HR functions. The ideal candidate brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supporting both employees and leadership with sound judgment and operational discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & SystemsOptimize HRIS globally, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process efficiencyPartner with Payroll to ensure accurate, timely processing; resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvementLead benefits administration, including vendor management, open enrollment, and employee educationContinuously improve new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging experience from pre-boarding through ramp-up, with a focus on retention and productivityEmployee RelationsAct as a trusted advisor to Contact Center leaders on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolutionBuild a culture of accountability, engagement, and fairness across all levelsIdentify trends in attrition, engagement, and attendance; implement targeted interventionsContact Center SupportSupport high-volume workforce dynamics (attendance, scheduling, turnover) with practical, scalable solutionsPartner closely with Operations leadership to align HR strategy with business performance metricsEnsure HR policies are applied consistently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environmentCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentationMitigate risk through proactive audits and strong documentation practicesDesign and deliver HR training for managers and employees on key topics such as employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workplace expectationsLeadershipLead, coach, and develop the HR teamDemonstrate proven experience effectively managing and scaling a team in a fast-paced environmentTranslating business needs into actionable HR initiativesDrive initiatives that improve retention, performance, and employee experienceQualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) required10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership rolesProven experience supporting a contact center or high-volume workforceStrong working knowledge of Payroll processes, HRIS systems (preferably UKG Ready), and Benefits administrationDemonstrated success handling complex employee relations issuesProven track record of effectively managing and developing teamsSolid understanding of employment law and compliance requirementsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionStrong work ethic with a high level of professionalism, executive presence, and credibilityWhat we offer:Exclusive Team Member Travel DiscountsAffordable Medical Insurance100% Employer Paid Dental and Vision InsuranceHSA with Company Contribution401(k)Basic and Voluntary Life & AD&DPet BenefitsCovered ParkingAmazing Culture!Office Highlights - Scottsdale, AZModern office design A fully equipped gym is available to all employeesBasketball Court - Perfect way to take a break and recharge during the day!Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)ONE is an equal opportunity employer.
