This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is looking to grow within talent, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and recruiting support.Job Description:The Talent Coordinator will support the Talent/HR team with a variety of administrative, operational, and project-based responsibilities across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, polished, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in HR. The position will assist with onboarding, orientation, internal communications, data tracking, talent initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and general HR coordination.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Talent/HR team, including maintaining documents, organizing records, preparing meeting materials, and tracking key informationAssist with onboarding activities, new hire orientation, and other employee lifecycle processesSupport recruiting and talent-related projects by coordinating logistics, monitoring timelines, and helping ensure deadlines are metHelp prepare and distribute internal communications related to HR programs, talent initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement effortsMaintain and update data tied to talent programs, surveys, trainings, and other HR initiativesCoordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, meetings, and employee engagement eventsGather feedback and assist with process improvements to help enhance the employee experiencePartner with internal teams and stakeholders to support ongoing HR and talent initiativesLearn and utilize HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and other platforms to support team operationsQualifications:1-3 years of HR, talent, recruiting, onboarding, or people operations experienceExperience supporting onboarding and/or new hire orientation strongly preferredExposure to recruitment, HR administration, compliance, employee engagement, or HR operationsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughProfessional, polished, respectful, and confident communication styleAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams while also managing tasks independentlyInterest in continuing to grow within HR or talentGreenhouse experience is a plus, but not requiredHR certification is a plus, but not requiredAdditional Details:Direct hire opportunity2 openings availableASAP start preferredSmart business casual dress codeHybrid schedule with approximately 10 onsite days per monthOne role may lean more general HR, while the other may have a stronger talent acquisition focusPerks:35-hour work weekFlexible hybrid scheduleOpportunity to gain exposure across multiple areas of HR and talentStrong professional development potentialCollaborative and people-focused team environmentGreat opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term HR career Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
