SEM and Paid Social SpecialistDuluth, GA or Birmingham, AL locationAt Luckie and Company, we drive work that brings our clients the right kind of attention - we demand attention. Attention that drives action. This is a combined role with a main focus on SEM responsibilities but will also have some social media buying responsibilities. We're looking for a team member who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing together paid search and paid social to drive performance across the funnel. This role is hands-on-keyboard and highly collaborative, blending analytical rigor with creative problem solving. You'll work across platforms, teams, and clients to deliver measurable business outcomes.What You'll Do - Search Engine Marketing (Primary Focus - ~70%)Develop PPC and SEO strategies aligned to client business objectivesDevelop and manage paid search campaigns including keyword generation, ad copywriting, bid management, and budgetsManage and execute retail media paid search ads on retailer platformsUtilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize PPC effectivenessConduct ongoing SEO analysis to identify and resolve gapsConduct sector and keyword analysis to inform growthDevelop backlinking strategiesAnalyze campaign performance to improve ROIMonitor search engine algorithm changes and trendsPaid Social Media (Secondary Focus - ~30%)Execute and optimize campaigns across social channels including Meta, YouTube, Pintrest, TikTokSupport integrated media strategies connecting search and socialTest audience targeting, creative, and placementsCollaborate with creative and strategy teamsCross-Channel & Client CollaborationMonitor performance and optimize toward KPIsManage budgets, pacing, and reconciliationAnalyze cross-channel data for insightsImplement tracking via GA4 and GTMPrepare reporting and communicate recommendationsCollaborate with internal teamsWhat We're Looking For3+ years in SEM focus role with social media buying experience a plusProficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platformsStrong understanding of PPC strategy and optimizationWorking knowledge of SEO fundamentalsExperience with GA4, GTM, and attributionStrong communication and project management skillsBachelor's degree in relevant fieldExperience with Performance Max or Demand GenFamiliarity with attribution modelingComfort with AI toolsAt Luckie, we believe our best work happens together.
