Tech Resiliency Consultant

Insight Global is seeking an Tech Resiliency Consultant to support a Financial Client! This opportunity is based out of Chandler, AZ, and will be on site 3-5x a week. Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates and there is lots of stability and room for growth, as this is a long term contract opportunity with a a reputable company.Let me know if this is something you would be interested in hearing more about and I would be happy to tell you more about the position!Must Haves:Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorshipAbility to work on site in CLT 4x a weekExperience in technology resiliency, risk, or control management within large enterprise environments Proven background in designing, managing, and executing controls (control effectiveness is critical) Hands-on experience leveraging Splunk and Dynatrace outputs for monitoring and reporting Strong process design experience (building controls that are operationalized, not just documented) Experience with monitoring, reporting, and governance routines (monthly & annual check-ins) Ability to manage multiple due dates and control timelines effectively Strong stakeholder management skills; able to hold application teams accountable Project management-style experience driving work to completion Preferred Skills:Banking or financial services experience (large, complex org preferred) Prior experience supporting technology governance, resiliency, or production environments Familiarity with environments supporting thousands of applications Job Description: We are seeking a Tech Resiliency Consultant for a top financial services client. This consultant will join a Production Governance and Analytics team responsible for building and managing enterprise-wide technology resiliency controls across thousands of applications. The role blends process design, control management, and project execution"”ensuring governance mechanisms are not only documented but actively monitored and enforced. The ideal candidate is highly organized, control-focused, and comfortable working with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace while partnering closely with application teams to drive accountability and results. Responsibilities: Build and maintain technology resiliency and governance controls across the organization Design processes and mechanisms to ensure controls are executed effectively and on time Partner with application teams to bring controls to life, not just document them Perform ongoing monitoring and reporting using Splunk and Dynatrace Conduct monthly and annual control check-ins and track remediation items Report status, risks, and gaps back to leadership and governance forums Manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and control requirements across a large application footprint Receive and apply knowledge transfer from the outgoing consultant to ensure continuity
