We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco. The RoleThis is a newly created position "” the firm's first-ever Office Manager "” making it a high-ownership, high-impact opportunity for the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters, including building management and employee communicationsManage office mail and coordinate with internal teams (including compliance and tax) to ensure timely distribution of time-sensitive correspondenceOversee weekly office supply inventory and coordinate meal ordering for in-office meetingsAssist in preparing and printing/binding materials for client meetingsSupport the senior executive team with travel and entertainment expense preparation and submissionPlan and coordinate team events and culture-building initiatives as the firm scalesTake on ad hoc projects and operational needs as the organization growsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:1-3 years of office management or executive assistant experienceBachelor's degree requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperb attention to detail with a strong work ethic and self-starter mentalityComfortable supporting and troubleshooting office and meeting technologyAbility to work both collaboratively and independently as requiredPolished, professional, and discreet "” this is a partner-facing roleNice to Have:Prior experience in private equity, financial services, or investment managementCompensation: $90,000-$100,000 base salary, plus a comprehensive benefits packageHoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
