This role is essential to delivering a seamless client experience, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling advisors to focus on strategic relationship management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced, high touch environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned high-net-worth clients and advisor relationshipsBuild long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and a clear understanding of client objectivesServe as a primary operational point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.Support onboarding of new clients, including account setup, documentation, and coordination with custodians.Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests.Proactively engage clients with relevant updates, insights, and planning considerationsAdvisor SupportPrepare reports, performance summaries, and meeting materials for advisors.Maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.Support advisors with workflow management, pipeline tracking, and client service initiativesInvestment CommunicationClearly articulate Alta's investment philosophy, portfolio positioning, and performance driversTranslate market developments and portfolio activity into meaningful client-facing insightsClient Experience & ExecutionEnsure all client deliverables, follow-up items, and service requests are handled with precision and timelinessCoordinate with operations and internal teams to support onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing service needsMaintain high standards of organization, documentation, and communicationRelationship DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand engagement over timeTeam CollaborationWork closely with advisors, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes, technology use, and service delivery.Contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented team culture.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field"”or equivalent relevant experience.1-3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client-facing operational role.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of investment fundamentals and portfolio construction conceptsExperience with and proficiency in platforms similar to our core systems (Schwab, Sales Force, MS Office, etc.) is preferred.Earn Series 65 within 120 days of employmentWhy AltaAlta offers the opportunity to operate in a high-quality, client-focused environment where investment discipline and client experience are equally valued.
