You will play a direct role in revenue growth, margin protection, and long-term client retention.?? OverviewThis is not a siloed estimating or coordination role. The Electrical Account Manager owns accounts end-to-end "” from pricing service work accurately to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are executed cleanly in the field.Ideal for service estimators or service-focused PMs ready to step into a more client-facing, growth-oriented role.?? Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Client ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of commercial electrical service accountsServe as the primary point of contact for ongoing and repeat clientsIdentify new service opportunities and strengthen long-term relationshipsEstimating & PreconstructionEstimate small-to-mid sized electrical service projects from start to finishPerform detailed takeoffs using estimating software (Accubid or similar preferred)Review plans, specifications, and RFPs to determine accurate pricing and riskProposal Development (Critical)Prepare clear, professional, client-ready proposals that include:Defined scope of workInclusions and exclusionsAssumptions and risk considerationsEnsure pricing is aligned with execution and margin objectivesProject Coordination & SupportCoordinate with field teams, vendors, and suppliersTrack materials, schedules, and service progressReview submittals and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance?? Ideal Background5+ years in electrical construction, estimating, or service project managementStrong understanding of electrical systems, cost drivers, and field executionProven experience pricing and managing service-driven electrical workProficiency with estimating platforms and Microsoft OfficeStrong written communication skills (proposal writing is essential)Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teamsNice to HaveJourneyman or Master Electrician licensePrior experience managing client accountsBackground in commercial electrical service or maintenance contracting??
