As an energy-saving solutions provider with core competencies in power electronics and automation, Delta's business categories include Power Electronics, Mobility, Automation, and Infrastructure.About the role:Key responsibilitiesSelect and manage suppliers from the approved vendor pool based on price, quality, delivery performance, and reliability after vendor development by the Sourcer.Collaborate closely with the Sourcer by providing feedback on supplier performance and issues to support strategic vendor development and sourcing planning.Maintain sourcing plans, run MRP processes, issue purchase orders, manage open purchase orders, and ensure the timely delivery of materials.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders to avoid the excess and reduce aging stock.Track and evaluate supplier delivery and quality performance to ensure compliance with company standards.Resolve supplier-related issues, including invoices, payments, RMA, delivery delays, and quantity or quality discrepancies.Collaborate with departments such as production, finance, logistics, and quality.Minium QualificationsAssociate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5+ years of sourcing, purchasing, or procurement experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory control Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Preferred QualificationsExperience sourcing for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) or production materials Knowledge of supply chain principles such as lead times, safety stock, and demand planning APICS certification (e.g., CPIM or CSCP) Benefit at Delta Electronics AmericasLife at DeltaEEO StatementDelta Electronics Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
