What You'll Own:Division LeadershipLead and mentor field techs, PMs, and service managersSet the tone culturally and operationally "” safety, quality, and accountabilityOperations & ExecutionOversee HVAC/chiller projects from start to finish "” installs, retrofits, maintenance, emergency serviceKeep jobs on track, under budget, and up to specFinancial PerformanceFull P&L ownership for the divisionForecast, budget, and optimize margins across the boardClient & Business DevelopmentBe the face of the division for clients "” commercial, light industrial, facilities, etc.Partner with estimating/sales to go after new work and grow existing accounts ? What We're Looking For:15+ years in HVAC/mechanical contracting "” with deep knowledge of commercial/light industrial systemsStrong background in chillers (air-cooled & water-cooled), piping, controls, service, etc.Proven leadership experience "” you've built teams and driven performance beforeP&L management experience "” you know how to run a business unitSolid communicator, problem solver, and relationship builderOSHA 30, HVAC/R certifications, PMP, or related credentials a plus??
