Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Opening LeadershipLead development and execution of the pre-opening critical path (18-month timeline)Coordinate with ownership, developers, and hotel operator on project milestonesParticipate in design and layout reviews to ensure operational efficiencyOversee preparation of pre-opening and operating budgets, forecasts, and ramp-up plansEnsure alignment with brand standards and operational requirementsOperations & Opening ExecutionOversee readiness of all operational areas, including Rooms, F&B (Internal and External), and support departmentsEnsure implementation of key systems (PMS, POS, accounting, distribution platforms)Lead soft opening and grand opening executionMonitor service delivery and guest experience from day oneSales, Marketing & PositioningCollaborate with sales and marketing teams on pre-opening strategy and market positioningSupport condo closing efforts with operational input, as neededAssist in developing pricing strategies and distribution channelsCondo-Hotel & STR Program ManagementEstablish and oversee the rental program structure and policiesDevelop owner communication and engagement strategiesCoordinate with HOA, legal teams, and property managementDevelop SOP for all departmentsMonitor rental pool performance and reportingFinancial & Operational PerformanceTrack performance against budget, GOP, and revenue targetsSupport optimization of ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and rental yieldEnsure cost control while maintaining service qualityLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with the hotel operator on recruitment and organizational structureProvide oversight and direction to department leadersServe as a key point of contact for ownership and stakeholdersQualifications7+ years of experience in hotel operations, with pre-opening experience requiredProven experience in at least one full hotel opening cycleExperience with condo-hotel, mixed-use, or STR-based properties strongly preferredStrong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecastingExperience working with hotel systems (PMS, POS, RMS, distribution platforms)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders (ownership, developers, operators)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in the Miami / South Florida marketBackground with branded or lifestyle hotel conceptsExperience working with third-party operators and HOAsWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead a high-profile hotel pre-opening projectCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer growth within a dynamic and growing organization
