You'll be working both ends of the pipeline, generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads, with direct exposure to how a high-growth real estate company sources and builds its pipeline. No prior sales experience required. As an SDR at GG Homes, you'll work both sides of the pipeline, making outbound calls to generate new opportunities and converting inbound leads into qualified appointments for our senior acquisitions team. You'll learn the full sales process from the ground up, get direct coaching from experienced professionals, and have a clear path to advance into a variety of roles across the company as you prove yourself. The reps who thrive here are competitive, consistent, and coachable.
