Job Description

LHH is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market competitiveness, and candidate profiles• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channels• Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment• Coordinate interview logistics, manage candidate communication, and ensure an organized and timely hiring process• Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring policies• Track recruitment metrics and recommend adjustments to improve hiring outcomesQualifications• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition in either corporate, agency, or blended environments• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job boards, ATS platforms, and professional social networks• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance best practicesPreferred Skills• Experience hiring in high-volume or specialized talent markets• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills• Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide insightsCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $75,000 - $105,000 base + annual bonusComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance401(k) with company match20 days vacation, 10 sick days, 10 paid holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
