Check out some of our projects!About the RoleAs a Project Architect in our Public Sector Architecture Group, you will focus on managing architectural CAD production and document coordination for government and municipal clients. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects from schematic design through construction documents, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with public-sector standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to essential community infrastructure"”such as public safety facilities, municipal buildings, and community spaces"”while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and coordinate architectural design drawings and specifications through all project phases.Collaborate with engineering disciplines to develop cohesive design solutions.Perform limited code reviews and program analysis for public-sector compliance.Address technical design challenges and ensure projects meet schedule and budget requirements.Engage with public-sector clients during meetings, field visits, and construction administration.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.On path to licensure preferred.Ability to independently define and detail architectural concepts.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated and detail-oriented.Why H2M Stands Out - Our BenefitsWe go beyond industry standards to support our employees' success and well-being.
