Marketing Project Manager

Associate Project Manager and help drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives across multiple business units!Drive the day-to-day project management for a variety of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and integration between EIM team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.Maintain project timelines, tasks, and approvals using Workfront.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.Support senior PMs and help identify roadblocks and solutions.Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.Required skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5 years of project management experience within an advertising or marketing settingExperience managing others and/or project teams.Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of creative development, digital marketing, omnichannel planning, and program management.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals and progress to a variety of stakeholders.Experience with project management software/tools (e.g., Asana, , Smartsheet, Workfront is the preferred platform).Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
