Salesperson for Knauer Pianos

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Tarzana and Agoura Hills, CA, for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating the features and benefits of Knauer Pianos, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also assist with showroom presentation and occasionally support marketing activities to promote the brand.QualificationsSales and Customer Service: Proven ability to engage customers effectively, build rapport, and meet or exceed sales targets.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and customer relationship management capabilities.Organizational and Problem-Solving: Proficiency in managing schedules, multitasking, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns effectively.Additional Skills: Interest in music or musical instruments is highly valued; experience in retail sales is a plus.Physical Availability: Ability to work on-site and assist with setting up or moving products as needed.
