Role OverviewAn experienced Senior Financial Analyst is required to support programme-level financial planning and performance tracking. This role plays an important part in improving financial transparency and enabling more informed decision-making across programme teams, with a focus on enhancing overall financial outcomes.You will report to a Finance Lead and be based in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. A hybrid working arrangement is available following an initial onboarding period conducted on-site.This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-visibility environment and is looking to further develop their career in finance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare forecasts, budgets, and detailed analyses covering key financial indicators such as revenue, margins, cash flow, shipments, and order activityDevelop and maintain estimates at completion (EAC), assessing financial outlooks and identifying required adjustmentsAct as a point of expertise for programme finance processes, highlighting potential risks and opportunitiesConduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and targetsBuild strong working relationships with teams across programme management, operations, procurement, engineering, and contractsEstablish and maintain phased financial baselines to monitor cost and schedule performance across multiple programmesTrack material spend and labour costs using consolidated data sourcesProduce regular and ad hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders and leadershipSupport planning activities including annual budgets and long-term strategic forecastsCollaborate with senior stakeholders to present insights on programme financial performanceContribute to the development and standardisation of finance processes and best practicesAssist with bid preparation, audits, and financial reviewsCreate and manage structured financial tracking elements within ERP systemsProvide guidance and mentorship to less experienced analystsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant financial analysis experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of three years' experienceProficiency in spreadsheet tools, including functions such as lookups, conditional calculations, and pivot tablesPreferred Skills & ExperienceBackground in aerospace, defence, or similarly regulated industriesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelEffective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functionsSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle or comparable systemsEligibility RequirementsDue to regulatory considerations, applicants must meet U.S. work authorization criteria (e.g., citizenship, permanent residency, or other qualifying status).Compensation & BenefitsEmployees are offered a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which may include:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability coverageRetirement savings plan with employer contributionsFlexible spending and health savings accountsPaid leave (vacation, sick time, holidays, and parental leave)Employee assistance programmesTuition support and professional development opportunitiesAdditional InformationThe application window is expected to remain open for approximately several weeks but may be adjusted depending on hiring needs and candidate availability.About the OrganisationThis global organisation operates across advanced engineering and technology sectors, delivering critical solutions in areas such as aerospace and defence.
