Reporting & Consolidations ManagerSan Francisco, CAPay: $61.00 - $66.009-month ContractJob SummaryThe Manager, Reporting and Consolidations is responsible for supporting segment-level financial reporting, consolidations, and accounting operations within a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial results, perform variance analysis, and support month-end close activities. The position also plays a key role in system implementations, including data validation and user acceptance testing, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Strong expertise in financial consolidations, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functions is essential for success in this role.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare consolidated financial results and disclosures for segment-level reportingPerform profit and loss and balance sheet consolidations and eliminationsAnalyze financial data, including flux and variance analysis for income statements and balance sheetsSupport month-end close processes, financial reporting, and compliance requirements, including audit supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address reporting needs and resolve discrepanciesServe as a point of contact for financial reporting inquiries and ad hoc requestsParticipate in ERP system implementations, including user acceptance testing and data validationIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracyPerform ad hoc financial analysis and special accounting projects as neededJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMinimum of 5 years of accounting or financial reporting experienceStrong experience with financial consolidations and eliminationsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data validation, and complex formulasExperience with ERP systems, including Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close or similar platformsStrong understanding of accounting principles and complex financial analysisAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across teamsEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredWork ExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience required
