CNC Programmer

We're working with a well-established precision machining shop in the Tulsa area that is looking to add a CNC Programmer to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting complex machining operations with a strong emphasis on ESPRIT programmingWhat you'll be doing:Create and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT for mills and lathesWork closely with machinists and shop floor personnel to prove out programsInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specsSelect tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining strategies for efficiency and qualityTroubleshoot and improve existing programs to reduce cycle times and scrapSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the shopWhat we're looking for:Strong hands-on experience with ESPRIT (required)Background programming CNC mills and/or lathesSolid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materialsAbility to read blueprints and apply GD&TExperience in a job shop or high-mix, low-volume environment is a plusCompensation:Typically in the $35-$45/hr range (depending on experience)Stable hours, established team, and long-term opportunityIf you have strong ESPRIT experience and enjoy being close to the shop floor, this is a solid opportunity to make an impact.Interested?Apply directly or message me with your resume and availability for a quick call.
