If the role aligns with your background and career goals, we encourage you to apply and take the next step toward joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team.Position Title - Learning & Development AdministratorHourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - USD 32.60 /hr - USD 38.35 /hrContract End Date - 12/31/2026100% Onsite positionLocation -Indianapolis, IN 46241Job Summary Required Experience & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration supporting multiple business areas • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environmentsPositions Position 1: L&D Administrator - Manufacturing Functions Supports learning operations for: • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) • Engineering • Technical Services & Manufacturing Science • Global Supply Chain Position 2: L&D Administrator - Quality Functions Supports learning operations for: • Global Quality Compliance • Analytical Quality Control Operations • Global Quality Supply Chain & Analytics • Quality documentation system release supportKey Responsibilities Learning Plan Management • Create, update, and maintain learning plans in the LMS • Assign and manage curricula, courses, and learning activities • Monitor completion and compliance, escalating risks as needed • Perform audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity Day-to-Day Learning Administration • Process enrollments, completions, waivers, and extensions • Respond to learner and manager training inquiries • Generate standard and ad hoc LMS reports • Maintain accurate administrative documentation • Support scheduling and logistics for instructor-led training Administrative & Coordination Support • Maintain shared folders, files, and learning resources • Assist with development and distribution of learning communications • Support data cleanup and system maintenance • Act as liaison with the external learning services provider, tracking requests, SLAs, and resolution status
