Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

Tier One automotive company located in Battle Creek Michigan is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering SupervisorJOB DUTIESOversee Quality, Safety and Process Development / Process Improvement activities within the manufacturing processes.Ensures machining and support that our processes are safe, capable, efficient, and compliant with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.Lead continuous improvement initiatives across machining and inspection operation in order to improve operational performance.Drive safety performance through enforcement of plant safety policies, (incident investigations & implementation of corrective actions).Drives reduction of PPM, scrap, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality.REQUIREDBachelor's Degree5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment3+ years working as a technical or supervisory responsibility.Quality (PPM, COPQ, APQP) - ISO 9001 audit performance and corrective action effectivenessContinuous improvement execution -
