Ackerman & Falcon is a client-focused law firm specializing in Workers' Compensation in Virginia & DC.Our Firm is looking to add a professional BilingualReceptionist to our team as soon as possible. This is a full-time position; 8:30AM-4:00PM Monday - Friday. Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish.Duties Include:Answering & transferring callsProcessing incoming and outgoing mailCommunicating effectively with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companiesSupporting the paralegal team with record requestsFiling, scanning documents, and copyingSkills Required:Proficiency with Office 365, Strong Word skillsMust have excellent written communication skills in EnglishAble to speak clearly in Spanish and EnglishAbility to work well with othersApplicants must be trustworthy and punctual with good time management skillsExperience in a law firm or with Needles Neos a plusAckerman & Falcon offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package in a friendly, business casual office.
