Job Title: Logistics OperatorWork location: Woodland Hills, CAContract Duration: 6 months with strong extension potentialContract Type: W2 through staffing supplierPay Rate: $20/hourVisa Sponsorship: Not providedWe are hiring a Logistics Operator to support an IT Fulfillment Center in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, and IT equipment handling, along with some exposure to help desk or ticket-based support.In this role, you will help manage the flow of computer equipment and peripherals, including receiving, tracking, shipping, returns, warranty replacements, and inventory audits. You will also support ticket fulfillment, communicate with customers and vendors, and help maintain accurate stock levels across the warehouse.What You'll DoReceive, record, and distribute incoming IT equipment and materials from multiple couriers.Pack, prepare, and prioritize outgoing IT equipment shipments to multiple locations.Maintain accurate inventory records for laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, headsets, MiFi devices, and other peripherals.Audit shipments and receipts to verify quantities, documentation, and equipment details.Process RMAs, salvage, and end-of-lease equipment returns.Handle warranty replacement requests for items such as laptop bags, printers, docking stations, monitors, and headsets.Use vendor websites to submit and track warranty requests and update inventory counts accordingly.Fulfill equipment requests through a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, including confirming shipping details with end users.Perform monthly site scans and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.Test returned monitors, docking stations, MiFi devices, and peripheral cables before returning them to deployable inventory.Communicate with vendors, couriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery.What We're Looking ForExperience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or fulfillment.Some help desk or ticketing experience, preferably with ServiceNow or a similar system.Experience handling IT hardware and peripherals.Familiarity with RMAs, returns, warranty claims, or redeployment of equipment.Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse or fulfillment environment.Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.Preferred BackgroundExperience in an IT fulfillment center, warehouse, or technical equipment environment.Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink wrapping machines, and scanners.Experience supporting inventory audits, stock replenishment, and equipment testing.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Interview Process1 phone interview1 onsite interview
