Pay: 47k - 52,500 [WCD can pay 6-8 grand more if very experienced!]OverviewWe are seeking a Kitchen Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards while overseeing production staff and workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production operations and ensure optimal workflow and productivityConduct morning roll call and pre-operational inspections, including ATP and allergen swabbingSet up and manage production lines to ensure efficient processingEnsure proper ingredient rotation and accurate material movement using internal systemsVerify raw materials and maintain accurate Batch Control Records (BCR)Ensure production teams follow recipes and SKU-specific requirementsMaintain consistent supply of ingredients to assembly linesMonitor production accuracy through weight checks and QA verificationsEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standardsSupervise SKU changeovers, including cleaning and sanitizing proceduresConduct daily inspections of workstations, equipment, and facility cleanlinessEnforce PPE usage and employee hygiene standardsMinimize Work in Process (WIP) and ensure proper storage of finished goods within temperature guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior leadership experience in food production or manufacturing preferredAbility to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsRefrigerated environment (32-36°F)Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 2 hours at a time)Ability to lift up to 25 lbsComfortable working in varying temperature conditionsFlexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as neededWhy Join Us?Join a team focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence.
