Desktop Technician (Onsite)- Lewisville, TX (100% Onsite)Shift: 24/7 environment - Shift environment Job SummaryWe are hiring a Desktop Technician / ICT Technician to support a fast-paced 5G production environment. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting of IT systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity in a production setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support for IT incidents, service requests, and user queries Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support LAN/WAN connectivity and physical network infrastructure Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and other peripherals Perform software installations, updates, and system configurations Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new users Manage and support Active Directory (user accounts, groups, access) Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams Provide support via phone, email, and in person Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution Required Skills & Experience3+ years of desktop support / help desk experience Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking) Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.) Knowledge of iOS and Android device support Familiarity with Active Directory (user provisioning, permissions) Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) Experience using command-line tools (ping, traceroute, lookup) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing or production environments Experience with SCCM (imaging, deployments, updates) Experience with network diagnostic tools (e.g., Fluke) Experience troubleshooting system failures (e.g., BSoD) Work Environment100% onsite role in Lewisville, TX Supporting a 24/7 production operation What you didn't know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsShort/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness ProtectionLife Insurance and Retirement PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
