Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.Benefit:· Competitive salary and bonus package· Comprehensive health benefits· Dynamic and collaborative work environment?Overview?????????????????????????????????Japanese Bilingual Strategy Consulting Manager????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Responsibilities and Job DescriptionThe Strategy Unit manages a wide range of client engagements that are relevant to Strategy consultingprojects, including:• Market research, Market entry & business development, strategic planning related consulting• Business Due Diligence, Joint venture, business partnership related support consulting• Turnaround & Restructuring consulting, corporate governance consultingAs a manager, you are expected to lead project execution and lead a team of consultants assigned tothe project, especially on the following job scope:• Conduct market research, competitive analysis research, regulatory research in related industries according to client's requirements, including primary and secondary research• Work as a project manager for client delivery including winning the project proposal• Contribute to the skill development for junior members and team-building• Present a strong and convincing business case story and strategy recommendation to client.• Write report as deliverables to client, mainly in Microsoft Power Point• Liaising with other team members (Japan, Singapore, and other APAC) for project execution• Other tasks required for project execution and deliverables to clientRequirements:• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate planning roles. (or 5 years for Strategy Consulting Firm)/???????????????????????7?10?• Business-level Japanese language proficiency is required (N1 level)• Business mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to present solutions to complex problems in a logical and step-by-step manner in various industries• Academic background in business-field (accounting & finance, marketing) is an advantage• Professional mindset with strong ownership• Strong attitude towards learning new things beyond his/her comfort zone• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States?This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
