Our client is seeking a driven Commercial Property Manager and they're also open to considering a strong Assistant Property Manager who is ready to grow into a PM role!This opportunity offers exposure to a stable portfolio of office, retail, medical, and industrial properties with strong leadership, team support, and long-term growth potential.What You'll Be Doing as the Commercial Property ManagerOversee day-to-day operations of a commercial portfolio including office, retail, medical, and industrial assetsConduct regular property site visits to ensure properties are operating efficiently and maintained to high standardsBuild and maintain strong tenant relationships by providing responsive communication and proactive problem-solvingCollaborate closely with the executive leadership team on property operations, budgeting, strategy, and portfolio performanceManage vendors, service contracts, maintenance projects, and property improvementsPrepare and review budgets, financial reports, variance reports, and operational updatesAssist with lease administration, tenant requests, renewals, and occupancy mattersSupport leasing efforts and help ensure spaces remain market-ready and competitiveWhat They're Looking For in a Commercial Property ManagerCommercial property management experience required5 years preferred, but strong Assistant Property Managers ready for the next step are encouraged to applyColorado Real Estate License idealBachelor's Degree preferredStrong financial and operational understandingExperience with budgets, reporting, CAMs, lease administration, and tenant relationsConfident communicator with the ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, ownership, and internal teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentYardi and advanced Excel skills preferredCPM, RPA, IREM, or BOMA credentials are a plusWhy This Opportunity Stands OutStable, high-level commercial portfolioMix of office, retail, medical, and industrial assetsStrong leadership and support structureGrowth-oriented environment with advancement potentialOpportunity to take ownership and play a visible role within a respected commercial real estate teamPlease note that Compensation and Benefits are set by our clients and REP cannot be held responsible for any changes in benefits or final compensation offered for a position.
