Job Description

We are hiring a Wireless Construction Manager to support large-scale RAN / LTE network deployment projects in the Austin market. This is a field-focused role responsible for overseeing site construction, commissioning, and network implementation activities across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee site construction and field execution to ensure compliance with build standards and safety regulationsCoordinate daily with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve issuesPerform and support commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of wireless network equipmentEnsure site quality and readiness throughout implementation and acceptance phasesTroubleshoot RBS, fiber, and transmission issues (CBU/DUL, OBIF, RAX, TX)Interpret design documents, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate deploymentProvide accurate daily reporting, status updates, and documentationSupport microwave installation, alignment, and transmission integrationRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in wireless network deployment / rolloutStrong experience with LTE / UMTS / GSM technologiesHands-on experience with commissioning, integration, and troubleshootingKnowledge of RAN, RF, and transmission systemsAbility to work in field environments and travel up to 80%Valid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting T-Mobile or Nokia projectsUnderstanding of antenna systems, RF configurations, and fiber/microwave transmissionStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, reporting)Required Certifications (must have before start)OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30) + Fall ProtectionRF AwarenessCPR / First AidBlood Borne Pathogens (BBP)What We're Looking ForStrong field leadership and hands-on execution mindsetAbility to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and on-time deliveryExcellent communication with technical teams and stakeholdersWe are Connectors.
