Locations: Corry, PA / East Aurora, NYPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations by developing efficient manufacturing processes, optimizing machining performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in improving productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency within a machining or manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have hands-on machining or CNC programming experience and the ability to collaborate closely with production teams to support new product launches, process improvements, and daily manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product qualityCreate, test, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM systemsSupport new product launches, tooling setup, and process validationTroubleshoot machining and production issues on the shop floorConduct time studies and establish production standardsDevelop work instructions and manufacturing documentationSupport quoting and cost estimation activitiesLead or support continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teamsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsRequired QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)3-10+ years of manufacturing or machining experienceExperience working in a CNC machining or production environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred QualificationsCNC programming experience (NX, Mastercam, Mazatrol, or similar)Hands-on machining experience with CNC mills or lathesExperience supporting new product launches or process improvementsKnowledge of tooling, speeds, and feedsLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceAerospace or precision machining experienceBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysLife and Disability InsuranceTuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Safety Shoe AllowanceWellness ProgramCareer Development Opportunities
