Electronic Data Interchange Analyst

Location: Fully RemoteType: Permanent, Direct HireSalary: Up to $68,000Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to work for a client. The candidate will work with employee benefits administration and file transmission operations using proprietary company software, as well as using PROD/DEV data environments.Other duties include:Perform Data quality audits comparing data from multiple sourcesConduct on-going data transmissions to carriers, vendors, and clientsInbound/Outbound file transmission validation (EDI)Create and Manage File Specifications for outbound file requests (834/CEF/FixedWidth/and more)Open Enrollment implementation and supportFile build, testing, and data validationContinual enrollment and data integrity audits via quarterly/monthly extracts and data comparesClient Team support of weekly on-going updates and administration processes (i.e.: class change, pay mode update, client/carrier reporting)Extract, import, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sourcesData and Table comparisons for Data Quality Auditing. Heavy use of Vlookup/ Index-MatchRequired Skills & Experience3 years of experience with Data FilesExcellent Communication SkillsProficient with Excel (V-Lookups and Index Match)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient with Data Set Comparison/Data AuditingExperience with benefits, insurance, or healthcareProficient with EDI files
