They are continuing to invest heavily in both product innovation and organizational scale, and this role will sit at the center of that growth.Responsibilities:Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across SG&A and executive hiring, partnering directly with C-level stakeholders, HR, and business leadersBuild and lead a high-performing recruiting team while owning end-to-end portfolio healthHelp drive automation and operational efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle, while building scalable playbooks for leadership hiring, confidential searches, and new market expansionQualifications:8+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experienceExperience managing managers and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth environmentsStrong partnership with C-level stakeholders and executive teamsDeep expertise in recruiting operations, funnel analytics, and workforce planningLocation: Boston (hybrid; onsite Tues-Fri)
