The Operations Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment processes. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing workflows for efficiency, monitoring quality assurance practices, and implementing operational improvements to meet company KPIs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve seamless operational performance.Qualifications3+ Years with leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and supervising staff.Expertise in operations management, workflow optimization, and process improvement.Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and order fulfillment processes.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in using operations or warehouse management software tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Experience in an e-commerce setting or a similar field is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
