This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.ResponsibilitiesSupport and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events that promote a positive and inclusive company culture Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance Assist with performance management processes, employee surveys, and engagement feedback analysis Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs Support HR projects related to culture, DEI initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications Partner with HR leadership and managers to support day-to-day HR operations Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsRequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar HR role Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement, culture-building, or employee experience initiatives Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredWhat we offer:Free gym membership Modern office Annual merit-based salary increases 401(k) with annual company match Medical - RIS Rx covers 100% of the employee's base HMO medical plan Voluntary Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Flexible Savings Account (FSA) Paid Holidays Time off that grows with you: 3 weeks PTO 0-2 years 4 weeks PTO after 3+ years 5 weeks PTO after 5+ years Recognition programs that celebrate impact and results Mentorship and coaching opportunities Clear growth paths and career development support Fully stocked snack kitchen Company-paid lunches
