This individual will play a critical role in identifying high-quality talent, partnering with leadership, and driving an efficient and effective hiring process.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships while delivering results.What You'll DoDrive Recruitment Strategy & ExecutionOwn the full recruitment process from role intake through offer stagePartner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelinesProactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks, job platforms, and referralsEvaluate candidates through screenings and interviews to ensure alignment with role expectationsPartner with LeadershipCollaborate closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruiting strategies and market insightsManage expectations and maintain alignment throughout the hiring processCoordinate interview logistics and ensure a structured and consistent approachEnhance the Candidate ExperienceServe as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure clear, timely, and professional communication at every stageCreate a positive and engaging experience that reflects a high standard of professionalismSupport Recruiting OperationsMaintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking systemEnsure all hiring practices align with applicable regulations and internal standardsMonitor recruiting activity and track key performance metricsBuild Talent PipelinesDevelop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needsContinuously identify ways to improve sourcing techniques and recruitment processesParticipate in networking efforts and talent engagement initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionAbility to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExperience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing toolsKnowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulationsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityPreferred BackgroundBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting a variety of roles and departmentsKey Strengths for SuccessAbility to influence and build trust with stakeholdersStrong candidate assessment skillsStrategic and resourceful sourcing approachProblem-solving mindset with a focus on results
