Senior Loan Analyst

Our client, a real estate lender in Carmel, IN, is currently seeking a Senior Loan analyst to join their established construction lending team. The incumbent will be in office five days a week and will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of multifamily construction loans. Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of multifamily construction loansWork closely with clients, government agencies and title companies Review monthly construction draw requests Review construction inspection reports Manage relationships with borrowers Review loan documents Provide monthly and quarterly updates Multitask and meet competing deadlines Qualifications 5 years of construction loan administration experienceBachelor's degree in preferred Experience working with a commercial real estate lender Multifamily real estate experience is required Affordable housing experience is desired Must possess strong organization and communication skills
