Our client located in Indianapolis is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a large, fast-paced corporate organization by delivering comprehensive HR services across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role partners with leadership to drive employee engagement, ensure policy compliance, and support workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management.Support full-cycle recruitment efforts for corporate and leadership roles, including interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions in alignment with company policies and employment laws.Administer HR programs including benefits, compensation changes, leave management, and performance review cycles.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations in a multi-state environment.Maintain and audit HRIS records for accuracy, reporting, and data integrity.Support organizational development initiatives, training programs, and succession planning efforts.Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, staffing levels) and provide actionable insights to leadership.Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure seamless HR operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-5+ years of progressive HR experience in a large corporate environment.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Experience supporting multi-location or high-volume employee populations preferred.Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
