This senior operations position has end-to-end responsibility for warehouse, delivery, and fleet operations across a broad and complex geographic footprint.This role leads operations at scale:Direct oversight of 200+ operations employees spanning warehouse, delivery, and fleet teamsLeadership across 3 warehouse locations and 1 satellite office in Southeast FloridaResponsibility for a fleet of 100+ delivery trucks operating dailyOperational coverage spanning 200+ geographic miles, supporting service to approximately 25% of Florida's populationKey leadership role within the largest Anheuser-Busch distributor in Florida and a Top 10 distributor in the U.S.This is a highly visible role for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and is comfortable owning performance, safety, compliance, and cost control at scale.About the RoleThe Operations Manager is responsible for end-to-end leadership of warehouse operations, delivery execution, and fleet management across all Eagle Brands Sales locations. This role provides direct leadership to warehouse managers, delivery supervisors, and fleet teams, while partnering closely with senior leadership on safety, compliance, labor planning, and performance optimization.This position is ideal for a hands-on, strategic operations leader with proven experience managing large frontline teams, multiple facilities, and complex logistics networks.Scope & ImpactLead 200+ frontline operations employees across multiple sitesOversee warehouse, delivery, and fleet operations supporting a large geographic territory in Southeast FloridaEnsure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations across all facilities and routesDrive continuous improvement in productivity, service levels, and cost performanceServe as a key operational leader within a top-tier Anheuser-Busch distributorKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, loading, and facility maintenanceLead delivery execution, route performance, and driver productivity while maintaining service excellenceDirect fleet operations including maintenance, inspections, compliance, and lifecycle planningChampion safety and compliance across warehouse, transportation, and fleet operations Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and cost-control initiatives in partnership with Finance What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in warehouse, delivery, and/or fleet operationsProven experience leading multi-site operations and large frontline teamsStrong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety best practicesBeverage, CPG, or distribution experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
