Purpose of Position:Del Monte Foods is the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, a global grower, producer and marketer of fresh, value-added, and shelf-stable produce. Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte, Contadina and S&W. We are currently seeking a Demand Planning Analytics Manager. The Demand Planning Analytics Manager is responsible for managing the S&OP process to drive the volume forecast for enterprise planning and execution. The Senior Manager Demand Planning is responsible for managing one or more Strategic Business Units, building and leading the cross functional team in achieving best-in-class performance in demand forecasting.Accountabilities:Demand Analytics & ReportingSupport the development and maintenance of demand forecasting analytics and reporting using SAP and Power BIAnalyze forecast performance (accuracy, bias, error) and highlight key drivers of varianceExtract and transform data from SAP BW to support reporting and analysisProvide insights into trends such as seasonality, promotions, and customer behaviorForecast Performance TrackingProduce and maintain KPI reporting (forecast accuracy, bias, value add) at multiple levels (SKU, customer, channel)Build and enhance Power BI dashboards to automate and visualize performance metricsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in forecast performanceTools & Data ManagementLeverage SAP (e.g., IBP/APO or ECC) and BW to extract, validate, and manage demand dataEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems (SAP, BW, and reporting tools)Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards, with a focus on Power BI developmentPartner with IT and data teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve data flowsProcess Support & ImprovementSupport the execution of the demand planning cycle through data preparation and analysisAssist in implementing enhancements to forecasting tools and methodologiesCross-Functional CollaborationWork with Demand Planners to understand forecast changes and assumptionsPartner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate commercial inputs into reporting and analysisAlign with Finance on key assumptions and data consistencyMinimum Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Economics, or related fieldConsumer products, grocery, or mass merchandising experience a plus2-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to translate data into clear, actionable insightsStrong communication and collaboration skillsEagerness to learn and grow within demand planning and analyticsBenefits We Offer Include:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchEmployer-paid life & disability insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Paid Time Off (PTO)7 Company Paid Holidays24/7 Telemedicine & Employee Assistance ProgramOptional voluntary benefits (legal, accident, identity protection)Eligibility on the first of the month following your hire datePlease note: This position does not qualify for relocation expenses.Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is a global leader in the production, distribution, and marketing of fresh and fresh cut fruits and vegetables.
