Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll and Benefit operations across multiple affiliated entities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for employees across various pay cycles, employment types, and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced managing payroll in ADP Run within a fast-paced, multi-company environment.This is a hands-on role requiring strong payroll expertise and a deep understanding of wage-and-hour compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll OperationsManage full-cycle payroll processing for multiple entities using ADP RunReview, audit, and approve timecards, commissions, bonuses, reimbursements, and off-cycle payrollsEnsure accurate payroll calculations including overtime, double time, shift differentials, commissions, and retro payManage payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employeesCompliance & AccuracyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws (including multi-state requirements)Monitor and resolve meal/rest break premiums, overtime calculations, and payroll correctionsPartner with HR to support new hires, terminations, and final pay in compliance with applicable lawsSupport payroll tax filings, year-end processing (W-2s), and auditsMaintain accurate payroll records and documentationMulti-Entity & Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as the primary payroll point of contact for multiple legal entitiesPartner closely with the team to align payroll inputs and resolve discrepanciesSupport benefits deductions, 401(k) contributions, and garnishments as applicableAssist with payroll-related reporting and cost analysis by entity and departmentSystems & Process ImprovementMaintain and optimize payroll processes within ADP RunDevelop payroll calendars, processing checklists, and internal controlsIdentify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows and reduce errorsSupport audits, reconciliations, and internal reviews as neededQualificationsRequired5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-entity payroll processingHands-on experience using ADP RunStrong understanding of multi-state payroll compliance and wage-and-hour lawsExperience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employeesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage competing deadlines across multiple payroll cyclesSeniority LevelAssociateIndustryRetail Luxury Goods and JewelryEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionsAdministrativeSkills
