This is a traditional, non-IT project management role that requires a professional capable of driving results with a high sense of urgency within a team environment. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of utility-scale projects, ensuring financial targets are met and external customer relationships are maintained effectively.Responsibilities• Lead and manage electric transmission and substation projects specifically tailored for new business clients.• Drive project results by maintaining a strong sense of urgency and meeting critical deadlines.• Manage project financials, demonstrating strong financial acumen to ensure projects remain within budget.• Serve as a primary point of contact for external customers, utilizing interpersonal skills to manage expectations and communications.• Coordinate with team members to ensure all technical and operational aspects of the utility projects are executed correctly.• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and organization throughout the assignment.Required Skills & Experience• 5-10 years of professional experience.• Proven background in Project Management within a non-IT environment.• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on external customer service.Preferred Skills & Experience• Specific experience with Electric Transmission and Substation infrastructure• Technical degree in a related field.• Previous experience specifically in Utility Project Management (Electric, Gas, or Solar).• PMP Certification
