OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Talent & Culture leader to drive employee engagement, strengthen employee relations, build a best-in-class internship program, and support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being close to the business, and is passionate about building a strong, people-first culture.You will partner closely with leadership to shape the employee experience while ensuring scalable, compliant, and effective people practices.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement & CultureDesign and execute engagement strategies that enhance employee experience and retentionLead employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive actionable improvement plansPartner with leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven cultureDevelop programs that reinforce company values, recognition, and employee connectionEmployee Relations (ER)Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations mattersManage and resolve workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretionEnsure consistent application of policies, practices, and employment law complianceProactively identify trends and recommend solutions to mitigate risk and improve workplace environmentInternship ProgramBuild and scale a structured internship program aligned to business needs and early talent strategyPartner with leaders to define meaningful intern projects and learning experiencesDevelop relationships with universities and external partners to build talent pipelinesOversee onboarding, engagement, and conversion strategies for internsRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionSupport full-cycle recruiting for key roles across the organizationPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring plansDrive a strong candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboardingHelp build and refine recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding effortsQualifications5-10+ years of progressive HR / Talent & Culture experienceStrong background in employee relations and engagement initiativesExperience building or managing internship or early career programsProven success supporting or leading recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
