Supply Chain Operations Manager

A fast-growing logistics and distribution operation is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end warehouse and last-mile delivery operations. This role will lead day-to-day hub performance, manage teams, and ensure high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, shipping, and schedulingDrive KPIs related to efficiency, accuracy, inventory control, and damage reductionManage WMS systems and ensure real-time data accuracyDevelop and enforce SOPs to maintain operational consistencyLead warehouse staff and field teams, including training and performance managementCoordinate with field operations to support successful deliveries and installationsConduct site visits and post-installation audits to ensure quality standardsMonitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive continuous improvementManage returns, claims, and operational reportingQualifications5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operationsStrong background in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsExperience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage teams, processes, and cross-functional coordinationExperience in last-mile delivery, installation operations, or builder environments is a plus
